The Buddha at Tesco
Woke up this morning with worries on my mind. Did all my morning rituals and practices, glass of hot water and lemon, shower, Yoga, Chi Gung, alcaline juice, prayers and went for a walk on Primrose Hill. While walking saying the Ho'oponopono mantra,'I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you' stood next to my favorite tree and did some more Chi Gung exercises. The sun was just rising, the air felt fresh. Walking back felt my intensity levels have gone down from 10 to around 5. Stopped at Tesco's to buy some organic blueberries and raspberries for breakfast. Walk into the shop and see only raspberries. A tall beautiful black guy is wiping the floor. I say to him: 'No blueberries? He says, 'Relax' I didn't quite believe what I heard, so I asked: 'What did you say?' He says as calmly as the first time: 'Relax'. That hit the spot, my intensity levels dropped down to zero, I started laughing, said: 'Thank you' and carried on laughing all the way home.
